First meeting to get to know each other

The main aim of our first meeting is to establish a relationship of trust and to clarify your coaching path. During this first contact, I’ll listen to your request, ask you questions to better understand your current situation, your key areas of life, your strengths and weaknesses, and the aspect(s) of your life that need improvement. We  will clarify your request to validate the relevance of coaching in relation to other interventions (consulting, training, therapy…).  I’ll explain the process, the frequency of sessions and the terms of payment.    

Determining your goal

After mutually agreeing to work together, I’ll help you define your goal and develop a concrete action plan to achieve it,  identifying the steps, resources needed and potential obstacles. We’ll explore your internal resources and skills to facilitate your progress.  

8 to 12 work sessions to reach target

During our sessions, I’ll help you explore your internal resources and skills to help you achieve your goal. These may be specific skills, positive beliefs, support networks or anything else that can help you on your journey.
