How does this guidance work?

Each meeting is unique, because you are unique. We start by talking to each other, to understand what you’re going through, what’s weighing you down, and what you’d like to transform. Then, in a calm and reassuring environment, I accompany you into a state of deep relaxation.
In this state, your mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions and soothing images. Gradually, anxiety unravels, fear loses its grip, and you discover a new relationship with your emotions.

How long does it take to regain calm?

Each journey is personal. Some people feel better after the first session, while others need a few appointments to notice a real transformation. In general, 3 to 8 sessions are enough to regain inner peace and the strength to move forward.
