I’ve been practicing coaching and – more recently – hypnotherapy since 2019. My ability to directly address core issues and engage authentically with my clients has put me in a valuable position to help people through hypnosis-based therapies. My powerful and confident style of hypnosis is particularly suited to working with clients with physical or emotional concerns.
Certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists and as a professional coach in France, I adopt a practical approach and simple style in my sessions, offering my clients pragmatic and concrete support. No crystal balls or mysteries here, just realistic solutions to real problems.

About me
Born in the Netherlands and raised in Belgium, my professional career began in the international arena, where I held positions of responsibility in sports and luxury communications.
At the age of 30, I decided to move to Paris, where I co-founded several companies in the human resources field and an online recruitment agency, while enjoying a fulfilling family life.
In recent years, I’ve embarked on a new stage in my life, dividing my time between Paris and Brussels, nourished by incredible experiences that have enabled me to travel the world and meet people from all horizons.
After obtaining my professional coaching certification (Linkup, France), I worked as a professional and personal coach. Over time, I realized that hypnosis could bring real added value to this process. I thus obtained my hypnotherapy certification from the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists), with a specialization in tobacco and addictology.
Today, I practice this profession with passion, using my skills and experience to help my customers overcome life’s challenges and regain balance. Every encounter is a new opportunity to learn and grow together, and I’m honored to be part of my customers’ journey.
