Hypnotherapy is a gentle yet powerful form of behavior modification therapy that works directly on your subconscious mind. As a hypnotherapist, I use hypnosis to access your subconscious mind and make positive hypnotic suggestions for the changes you wish to see in your life. I’m the guide who frees you from old patterns and beliefs, opening up healing forces so you can naturally make new, more positive choices.

What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state that we all enter and leave every day. An example: that floating moment, between dream and reality, just before falling asleep. You’ll never know exactly when you fell asleep, because you were just drifting along, without a care in the world. In this state, the mind is more receptive to new thoughts and emotions, which are not usually accepted by the critical mind.
Hypnosis is simply being receptive to an idea.
In a hypnotic state, brain waves slow down, the rational mind fades into the background, and the imagination opens up. Reframing, positive suggestions, metaphors and personal imagery are hypnotic tools used to enrich the experience. This helps to increase self-awareness, adopt new perspectives, better accept uncertainty and strengthen intuition. These changes manifest themselves in daily life in the form of a healthier mind, body and spirit, as well as in relationships, passion, career, joy and much more.
HOW A HYPNOSIS SESSION WORKS
CARING SUPPORT BASED ON TRUST

First meeting to build a strong atmosphere of trust
First, we have a telephone conversation in order to find out what you need. We’ll set up a physical or on-line appointment lasting around 1h30. This first session is essential to establish a climate of trust and answer all your questions.
I’ll listen to your request, ask you questions to better understand your current situation, your key areas of life, your strengths and weaknesses, and the issue(s) you’d like to change. We discuss objectives and clarify your request, so as to personalize the approach and relevance of hypnosis in relation to other interventions (counseling, training, therapy…). I’ll explain the process and payment terms, and together we’ll determine the frequency of sessions.

A hypnosis session
Once we’ve determined your objective, and analyzed the blockages that are at the root of the problem to be treated, I guide you into a state of deep relaxation. This can be achieved through breathing techniques, suggestions or visualizations. Once you’re relaxed, I use suggestions, metaphors or other techniques to work on the problems or your goal.
At the end of the session, I guide you back to a state of mindfulness, often by asking you to count or breathe deeply.
After the session, we can discuss how you felt and what effects you can expect.

Let me reassure you: the trance state is a natural and totally safe experience. You’re always aware of what’s going on, and in control at all times. It’s like immersing yourself in a good book or a gripping film. You can choose to accept or reject any suggestion, and you’ll never do anything you don’t want to do. My role is to guide and support you throughout the process…
